🔧 What You’ll Do

- Champion safety — you’ll learn and practice our safety culture from the start.
- Apply codes, regulations, and standards to real utility projects.
- Visit job sites and collaborate with construction crews to understand how designs become reality.
- Learn industry-leading design software and digital tools used across the utility world.
- Build job packages that include material lists, drawings, labor estimates, and project details.
- Evaluate loading on equipment like transformers, fusing, and distribution hardware.
- Learn utility construction practices in both public rights-of-way and private property.
- Keep projects on track through clear communication and organized documentation.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, field personnel, and client partners.
- Shadow and learn from senior technologists, supervisors, and licensed engineers.
