Assistant Construction Superintendent

The primary role of the Assistant Construction Superintendent is to assist Superintendents in the construction of custom homes located in Bluffton South Carolina.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist superintendents in managing day to day field operations to ensure that production schedules are met

- Assist in obtaining and ordering materials required to construct homes

-Assist in coordinating trades

- Coordinate with inside Selections person to ensure that customer expectations are met

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment

-Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules

Desired Skills:

- 4 year College Degree preferred

-Outgoing, friendly personality; excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills      

- Must be able to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives
