Community Initiatives Program Associate

Salary:  $52,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year 

This is a full-time position.

Duties

The Program Associate is responsible for fostering the successful implementation of collaborative, community-driven projects that promote upstream, equitable solutions to complex community challenges. This will include providing design, support, coordination and facilitation for Wilder's Community Initiatives. The Associate will work closely with the ICHRP Program Manager on these tasks and will partner with them on the development of new community initiatives. In addition, the Associate will join a facilitation team that provides consultation, training and capacity building support to community and government organizations.  

Job Qualifications

An associate’s degree is required. At least 2-3 years of experience working with community. Must have strong collaboration, facilitation and training experience. Previous experience with community engagement and innovative design is preferred. Must demonstrate cultural competence and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds.
