Business Development Representative Intern (Remote, Performance-Based)
Atlas is a technology consulting and business automation company that helps businesses streamline operations through custom CRM systems, workflow automations, AI-powered tools, and business process optimization.
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial students to join Atlas as Business Development Representative Interns. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity for individuals interested in gaining real-world experience in business development, technology consulting, startup operations, and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential business clients
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Initiate conversations and qualify prospective clients
• Schedule discovery meetings with interested businesses
• Maintain organized records of outreach activity and lead status
• Collaborate directly with the founder to refine outreach strategies and business processes
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Interest in entrepreneurship, business, technology, consulting, or sales
• Organized, reliable, and coachable
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
Compensation:
This is a performance-based position with commission opportunities tied to qualified meetings and/or closed client engagements. Actual earnings depend on individual effort and results.
