Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Conduct market analysis on your territory to assess competitive positioning, pricing trends, and growth opportunities
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through field outreach and relationship-building
  • Engage directly with dental professionals to assess clinical and operational needs, and present tailored solutions
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and increase account production
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service through timely communication and proactive support

 

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not a must
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA degree is a plus
  • Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively
  • Resilience in handling objections and navigating a competitive sales environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients
  • Have or are willing to purchase a car for extensive traveling within the assigned territory (Except for certain territory like New York City)

 

Compensations

  • Annual 40k-100k
