Early-stage voice AI startup looking for a content creator intern to work directly with two founders - backgrounds at MIT + Morgan Stanley + Verkada + Head of Growth at Wiz (acquired by Google for $32B) and Dartmouth + Goldman Sachs + venture capital. We are looking for someone creative who cares about brand identity and aesthetic.

Ember turns a single voice conversation into a living archive: stories, music, video, digital twins. Stories are the first output format. And voice is the input layer for everything.
56 million Americans are over 65. A billion people worldwide are first-generation immigrants. None of them have been recorded in any meaningful way. The companies that figure out how to capture, structure, and generate from human voice at scale will define the next decade of consumer AI.
The Role
We're hiring a Content Creator Intern to help produce short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
You'll work directly with Ember's founders to bring content ideas to life. We'll provide content direction, messaging, and many of the scripts. Your job is to execute quickly, create engaging videos, and help us scale our content output.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, understands social media, and wants hands-on experience helping build a fast-growing consumer AI startup.
What You'll Do
- Film short-form videos based on founder-provided concepts and scripts
- Edit videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Create multiple content variations to test different hooks and formats
- Stay up to date on social media trends and platform best practices
- Help improve content performance through experimentation and iteration
- Work closely with founders on content production and execution
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is comfortable appearing on camera
- Understands TikTok, Reels, and short-form content
- Can record and edit videos independently
- Moves quickly and can produce content consistently
- Has strong attention to detail and follows creative direction well
- Is interested in startups, AI, or storytelling
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience creating content for your own account
- Have generated viral content before
- Are familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools
- Have experience with AI tools for content creation
Compensation
- $20 per completed video
- Remote and flexible schedule
- Scripts and content direction provided by the Ember team
