The Role
We’re looking for a college student to help us set up and manage projects and skills using AI tools — specifically Claude by Anthropic. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with our team to explore how AI can streamline and improve the way we operate.
You’ll work mostly from home, about 30 hours per week, with occasional check-ins with our team.
What You’ll Do
- Help build, test, and refine workflows and AI-powered tools using Claude
- Set up projects and automations that help our team work more efficiently
- Collaborate with us to identify where AI can make the biggest difference
- Document what you build so it’s easy for the team to use and maintain
What We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled college student
- Some hands-on experience with Claude (or other AI tools) — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should have used it and be curious about it
- Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently from home
- Clear communicator — you’ll be explaining what you’re building to a non-technical team
- Bonus: any interest in golf or the golf/hospitality industry
Compensation
$20–$22/hour, depending on experience.
