Estate Planning Paralegal

Beck, Lenox & Stolzer Estate Planning & Elder Law, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized paralegal to join our team. This position requires an individual who enjoys working in a collaborative, in-person office environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality legal documents.

The primary responsibilities of this position include drafting and preparing estate planning documents such as revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, deeds, and related legal documents. The paralegal will work closely with attorneys, clients, and other team members to ensure documents are prepared accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Prior legal experience, particularly in estate planning or elder law, is preferred but not required.
