Media Agency Seeks Booking Intern

Position Overview

1525 is looking for a Sports, Booking & Talent Management Intern to assist with talent coordination, booking outreach, partnership opportunities, creator research, and day-to-day talent management support.

This role is ideal for someone interested in sports business, entertainment, creator management, talent representation, live events, partnerships, comedy, podcasts, or media production.

The ideal candidate is organized, ambitious, proactive, and deeply interested in entertainment, sports, creators, and modern media culture.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research talent opportunities, venues, festivals, podcasts, and partnership opportunities
  • Assist with outreach to brands, venues, talent buyers, and potential collaborators
  • Help organize talent schedules, booking trackers, and outreach systems
  • Support creator, athlete, comedian, and influencer management initiatives
  • Research sports, creator, entertainment, and comedy industry trends
  • Assist with partnership and sponsorship coordination
  • Help identify collaboration opportunities for talent clients
  • Assist with live event planning and coordination
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions around talent growth, audience development, and media strategy
  • Support administrative and operational talent management tasks

 

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in sports, entertainment, creators, comedy, podcasts, or talent management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for media, internet culture, creators, and entertainment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
