Location: This position is based on-site at our Corporate office in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone Outreach:  We provide you with the tools to resolve delinquent accounts for our prestigious clients.  That includes state governments, big corporations, and more. You will be part of a team of people dedicated to success.

Negotiation & Payment: You will be taught how to use your analytical and persuasive skills to resolve accounts and facilitate secure processing via our online payment portal.   

• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain meticulous, real-time account notes while strictly adhering to federal and state collection laws, required disclosures, and compliance guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

  Base Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 – $22.00/hour (commensurate with experience and proven success)   

• Bonus Potential: Uncapped, performance-based monthly bonuses that can add up to an additional $22.00/hour to your earnings.   
• Total Earning Potential: With your monthly bonus, you can realistically make $38.00 – $44.00 per hour!
