Supply Chain Specialist

Flexible OR Solutions (FORS) – Dripping Springs, TX (On-Site)

Flexible OR Solutions (FORS) is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Specialist to support and progressively develop the Materials and Supply Chain functions.

This role is designed for someone who brings strong supply chain, operations, or logistics fundamentals, is comfortable with the day-to-day execution of material buying, handling, and shipping in a project-based environment, and is eager to learn the physical realities of materials handling, fabrication support, and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a full supply chain leadership path over time and wants to manage the FORS supply chain from end to end.

IMPORTANT: This role is NOT a supply chain analyst or business analytics role. The Supply Chain Specialist at FORS will be focused on execution, ownership, and physical operations. If you are primarily interested in data analysis, reporting, or dashboard development roles, this position will not be a fit.

The Supply Chain Specialist will have direct responsibility for material flows at FORS and will enable better forecasting, inventory control, supplier management, and purchasing execution. Success means the Materials function becomes clearer and more proactive across Engineering, Project Management, and Installation functions.

Location Requirements

This position is fully on-site at the FORS Headquarters and Warehouse in Dripping Springs, TX. This role may involve occasional travel to job sites or supplier locations. In-person availability is expected during standard business hours (9 – 5pm CST), Monday through Friday.

We have a strong preference for candidates who currently live in the Austin / Dripping Springs area or in Texas and can reliably commute daily.

Work Authorization

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis. FORS is not able to provide sponsorship (including H-1B) now or in the future.
