Are you an organized, detail-oriented person who enjoys helping customers and wants to learn how a successful construction company operates behind the scenes?

Robbins & Company has been serving Western Washington homeowners since 1952. We are a family-owned leader in foundation repair, drainage, waterproofing, and concrete lifting. We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator Trainee who wants to develop professional skills in customer service, scheduling, business operations, and project coordination.

What You Will Learn

Professional customer communication

Phone and client intake procedures

Scheduling and calendar management

CRM software and customer relationship management

Construction project workflow

Lead tracking and reporting

Office operations and business processes

Coordination between customers, sales, and field teams

Your Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy

Gather customer information and enter details into our CRM system

Schedule appointments for our construction estimators

Track leads and ensure customers receive timely follow-up

Monitor the sales pipeline and assist with status reporting

Coordinate communication between customers, estimators, and the production team

Maintain accurate records and help improve company processes

Compensation & Benefits

Paid training program

$25–$28 per hour based on experience

Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
