We are seeking a motivated Construction Estimator Trainee who wants to learn a professional consulting and estimating role from experienced industry leaders.

What You'll Learn

Foundation repair systems

Crawl space and basement solutions

Drainage and waterproofing systems

Concrete lifting and slab stabilization

Construction estimating

Customer consultations

Project documentation and reporting

CRM and sales process management

What You'll Do

Ride along with experienced estimators during homeowner consultations

Learn how to inspect homes and identify foundation and drainage issues

Measure and document project conditions

Prepare estimates and proposals

Assist with customer follow-up

Maintain accurate records and project notes

Participate in ongoing training and development

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Self-motivated and dependable

Comfortable meeting homeowners and discussing projects

Basic computer skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
