Sponsorship Manager

Momivate is a young nonprofit, promoting and advocating for motherhood as a valid profession. Other career fields gather for conventions and so we are too! We need YOU and your enthusiasm to help us find vendors and sponsors so we can pull this off. 

We already have the venue and date: October 10, 2026 at the Salt Lake Community College Miller Campus in Sandy, Utah. 

You'll help us secure sponsors & vendors, speakers, keeping your efforts organized using our Shared Drive on our Google Workspace. 

We have contact info for many companies that might be interested in supporting our cause, though you will still be making first contact with many of them (cold-calling).

We need you to be:

• enthusiastic
• self-driven
• personally invested in our cause so that your passion shines organically and motivates these companies to join our efforts by funding our programs!

We already have our tiered sponsorship program defined, with canva materials created and ready to print and distribute either tangibly or digitally.

We would love for you to have a 

• background in sales but we also welcome applicants who might not have that experience but who are 
• genuinely excited to build their skills. 
• It is critical that you have a "fearless" attitude, though still 
• be polite, of course! We also need you to have 
• good organizational skills so you can keep track of what you've done and report to us consistently. 

At this time, we can commit to pay $10 an hour for up to 10 hours per week, which you would create invoices as an independent contractor, explaining what you accomplished. 

As funds start to come in from your efforts, we can renegotiate so you can receive a higher wage.
