What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose and solve residential electrical problems
- Perform upgrades, repairs, and replacements
- Educate homeowners and offer real solutions
- Run your own calls and own your numbers

What We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in residential electrical service (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain service options and help customers make informed decisions
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Electrical license or certification (journeyman, master, or equivalent)
- Experience meeting service or performance goals in a residential setting
- Familiarity with tablets, digital dispatching, or paperless job documentation
- Interest in career growth, mentorship, or leadership opportunities
