Summer Athletic Facilities Intern

Assist in athletic facility maintenance oversight for all facilities operated by Wittenberg University Athletic Department

· Maintain files documenting training, timekeeping and certifications as required

· Provide event management oversight throughout the event: crowd control, enforce athletic facility policies and procedures, monitor inclement weather, ticket operations, monitor facility/equipment and event staff responsibilities

· Assist in set-up and breakdown for all home events

· Assist with game day parking/traffic plan

· Scoreboard operation

· Ball retrieving for various sports

· Escorting referees and visiting teams to locker rooms

· Coordinate meal delivery and pick-up for tournaments
