AI/ML Engineer (3–5 Years Experience / Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Location:  (Hybrid/Onsite/Remote based on client requirements)
Experience: 3–5 Years (Fresh Graduates with strong AI/ML background are also encouraged to apply)

About the Role

Redsun is hiring AI/ML Engineers on behalf of our clients who are building next-generation AI-powered products and solutions. We are looking for passionate professionals with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies. Fresh graduates with strong academic projects, internships, research experience, or open-source contributions in AI/ML are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Build AI-driven applications using modern ML frameworks and tools.
  • Develop and optimize predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, and computer vision applications.
  • Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
  • Integrate AI models into production environments and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
  • Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Qualifications

For Experienced Candidates (3–5 Years)

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with Machine Learning libraries such as:
    • TensorFlow
    • PyTorch
    • Scikit-learn
    • Keras
  • Experience working with NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, or Recommendation Systems.
  • Knowledge of model deployment and MLOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases, and data engineering concepts.

For Fresh Graduates

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals.
  • Hands-on academic projects, internships, hackathons, or research work in AI/ML.
  • Knowledge of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, or Data Analytics is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
