Receptionist Entry-Level

Receptionist (Entry-Level) – Temporary Assignment

Duration: 6 months. but not convert

On-site role, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30 minute lunch period Fingerprints required

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Parking: not provided

 Top 3 Skills:

  • Bilingual English / Mandarin (Chinese)
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
  • Answering phone calls, scanning, taking applications, etc.

Years of experience Required: 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist

Candidates absolutely need to speak Mandarin. 90% of the walkins are speaking Mandarin.

Description

  • Primary responsibilities include greeting guests, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • The receptionist will manage incoming calls at the front desk, route calls to the appropriate parties, and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Additional duties may include arranging conference room reservations, coordinating food deliveries, scheduling transportation services, and providing general administrative support as needed. Strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and a polished, professional presence are essential for success in this role.
  • A High School diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of receptionist experience required
  • Education: High School diploma required
  • Industry Background: Open to candidates from any industry

Must Haves

  • Language – Bilingual
  • English & Chinese speaking - Mandarin
  • Answer switchboard calls, direct individuals as they come into the office, forwarding calls. Capable of working independently but knows when to reach out for assistance when needed.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist
  • Experience in Outlook, and TEAMS, must be able to form calendar invites, book conference rooms, use TEAMS for document uploads and chat.
