On-site role, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30 minute lunch period Fingerprints required

Candidates absolutely need to speak Mandarin. 90% of the walkins are speaking Mandarin.
Description
- Primary responsibilities include greeting guests, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- The receptionist will manage incoming calls at the front desk, route calls to the appropriate parties, and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.
- Additional duties may include arranging conference room reservations, coordinating food deliveries, scheduling transportation services, and providing general administrative support as needed. Strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and a polished, professional presence are essential for success in this role.
- A High School diploma and relevant experience are required.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of receptionist experience required
- Education: High School diploma required
- Industry Background: Open to candidates from any industry
Must Haves
- Language – Bilingual
- English & Chinese speaking - Mandarin
- Answer switchboard calls, direct individuals as they come into the office, forwarding calls. Capable of working independently but knows when to reach out for assistance when needed.
- 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist
- Experience in Outlook, and TEAMS, must be able to form calendar invites, book conference rooms, use TEAMS for document uploads and chat.
