About Us
Stride Soles is reinventing custom orthotics. Instead of expensive clinic visits and weeks of waiting, customers can scan their feet at home and receive personalized, doctor-reviewed orthotics designed using advanced 3D printing.
We’re growing quickly and looking for someone who doesn’t just want to “manage social media”—we want someone obsessed with attention, storytelling, and making content people actually want to watch.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hustler.
Someone who sees a video with 50 views and thinks, “I can make that hit 50,000.”
Someone who spends too much time on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Reddit, X, YouTube Shorts, and knows exactly why some content explodes while most content gets ignored.
If you’re constantly sending friends viral posts and saying “we should do this,” you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Create and post content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, and Reddit
- Identify trending topics and quickly turn them into content
- Test new content ideas daily
- Find ways to make foot health, running, sports, and performance content entertaining
- Engage with online communities and build relationships with creators
- Write Reddit comments and posts that genuinely help people while representing the brand
- Identify viral opportunities and execute quickly
- Track performance metrics and double down on what works
- Help recruit UGC creators and influencers
- Experiment relentlessly
Reddit Is A Major Part Of This Role
A significant portion of this role involves Reddit.
You’ll spend time:
- Finding conversations where our expertise can help
- Writing authentic comments that people actually appreciate
- Understanding Reddit culture and community norms
- Identifying emerging discussions before they become mainstream
- Helping establish Stride Soles as a trusted voice in running, foot health, sports, and performance communities

You Might Be A Great Fit If You:
- Have personally grown a social account, meme page, newsletter, subreddit, Discord, YouTube channel, or online community
- Know how to create content with just a phone
- Are comfortable being on camera (or directing others who are)
- Understand internet culture
- Have strong writing skills
- Love testing ideas and learning from failure
- Follow creators who consistently go viral
- Are entrepreneurial and want to build things
Bonus Points
- Experience creating TikToks, Reels, or Shorts
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
- Experience with Reddit
- Interest in running, fitness, sports, health, or startups
- Experience growing a personal brand
What Success Looks Like
After 3 months:
- You’ve helped create multiple pieces of content with 10,000+ views
- You’ve built a repeatable content process
- You’ve contributed meaningful traffic and awareness
- You’re constantly bringing new ideas to the table
- You’re known internally as the person who finds opportunities before everyone else
