Youth Development Facilitator

Facilitate three essential components of the Youth Development Program including, social emotional groups in schools, and after school and summer programming. Recruit, engage, and retain youth in all aspects of the program. Facilitate youth activities and community events that are consistent with meeting grant and organizational outcomes. Record progress towards goals and attendance in all required databases. Conduct and administer screenings, assessments, and other measurement tools based on program requirements. Adhere to agency policy, procedures and the professional code of ethics. Seek relevant training opportunities for professional growth and development. Participate in regular staff meetings, staff training programs and supervisory sessions. Satisfactorily complete any other special assignments as requested by supervisor.
