Account Manager
Technisch Creative is a full-service event production and AV company built on the belief that exceptional experiences don’t happen by accident — they’re engineered. We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives on building lasting client relationships and knows how to turn a great event into the next one.
The Role
As Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for an existing portfolio of clients — keeping relationships strong, identifying opportunities to grow the partnership, and ensuring every project delivers at the highest level. This is not a cold-calling role. It’s a relationship role, and we’re looking for someone who takes that seriously.
What You’ll Do
∙ Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts through proactive communication and strategic planning
∙ Serve as the internal advocate for your clients — connecting their vision to our production capabilities
∙ Identify upsell and expansion opportunities organically through deep client knowledge
∙ Collaborate closely with our team to scope, quote, and deliver events seamlessly
∙ Track account health, renewals, and pipeline activity in HubSpot
∙ Represent Technisch Creative on-site at events when needed
What We’re Looking For
∙ 3–5 years of account management or client-facing experience in an agency, production, or hospitality environment
∙ A natural relationship-builder who communicates with warmth and confidence
∙ Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder events and clients
∙ Detail-oriented with strong follow-through — clients trust you because you don’t drop the ball
∙ Familiarity with CRM tools; HubSpot experience is a plus
∙ Passion for live events and the energy of production environments
