Job Overview

We are seeking proactive field sales representatives. Your core responsibilities include visiting dental clinics, acquiring new paying clients and meeting monthly sales targets. Post-signing client support is primarily handled by the back-office team. You will focus on client development, with occasional assistance in client relationship maintenance.

Employment Type: Full-time | Hourly wage + Performance bonus + Commission

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site visits to local dental clinics daily and meet daily visitation quotas

Recruit new paid partner clinics and achieve monthly client acquisition goals

Maintain basic client relations and assist the internal team with routine client inquiries

Submit regular work and sales reports as required

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and goal-oriented

Able to travel independently for field visits to clinics

Proficient in basic computer skills for daily report submission

Possession of a vehicle and prior experience in the dental industry are preferred; entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply

Job Overview This role is open to professionals with experience in the dental industry. It is a commission-only partnership position with no base salary. Leverage your professional network together with our company resources to refer dental clinics and secure partnerships. Your earning potential is unlimited. Our in-house team will take full charge of all follow-up operations and after-sales services once a clinic signs the contract, so you do not need to handle on-site service work.
