Assistant Meeting Planner – International Medical Conference
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Assistant Meeting Planner to support a small medical meeting. This role is appropriate for a graduate or student with strong communication skills who is interested in event planning, healthcare, academic medicine, or professional administration.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with physicians and researchers from around the world who serve as faculty or attendees.
- Draft and send professional emails regarding meeting logistics, schedules, and follow-up items.
- Assist with meeting planning and coordination tasks.
- Maintain organized records and track communications.
- Support the meeting team with administrative and project-based assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, clear, and timely email etiquette.
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar).
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed.
