Flexible Retail + Live Commerce Associate - Skincare Brand Location: Glendale Galleria Mall Start date: ASAP Pay: $17/hour base pay plus commission and bonuses Schedule: Flexible part-time and full-time shifts available We are looking for students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates who want real experience in retail sales, beauty, live shopping, and social media commerce. You will work at a skincare kiosk inside Glendale Galleria, help customers learn about products, process purchases, and support TikTok Live and Whatnot Live sessions. You will usually work alongside another team member so the booth has good coverage during busy hours. This role is a good fit if you are interested in: - Beauty, skincare, or wellness - Sales and customer-facing work - TikTok, Whatnot, livestreaming, or creator commerce - Retail entrepreneurship - Flexible work while in school or after graduation Responsibilities: - Welcome customers and start friendly product conversations - Explain skincare products clearly and professionally - Assist with checkout and daily kiosk organization - Participate in live selling sessions on TikTok and Whatnot - Help prepare products, displays, and talking points for live streams - Work as part of a small, fast-moving team Qualifications: - Friendly communication style - Reliable and punctual - Comfortable talking with customers - Comfortable being on camera or open to learning - Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends - No beauty experience required if you are coachable and confident Preferred: - Retail, sales, customer service, beauty, content, or live-streaming experience - Bilingual English/Spanish - Strong interest in skincare or social media selling What you will gain: - Real retail sales experience - Live commerce and product demo experience - Customer communication skills - Hands-on training in beauty product selling - Commission earning opportunity To apply: Send your resume, weekly availability, and a short 15 second video about why you would be good with customers or live selling.
