• Track session progress and collaborate with center leadership.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working with autistic children or kids with developmental challenges.
• Previous experience as an RBT, ABA technician, special education aide, teacher, tutor, or in pediatrics is a big plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college students in psychology, education, child development, or related fields are highly encouraged to apply.
• Patient, energetic, reliable, and passionate about helping kids.
• Commitment to a consistent part-time schedule and at least 1 year with us (we invest heavily in your training!).
Compensation & Benefits
• Training Rate: $20/hour (comprehensive paid training).
• Regular Rate: $22 – $25/hour once fully trained and leading students (starting at $22 with raises based on performance).
