Event Staff

Paid Event Staff Needed for San Diego Comic-Con 2026 ⭐
 

Join the 7BAP team at San Diego Comic-Con 2026! We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable event staff to help create an outstanding experience for our customers. This is a paid position (not a volunteer opportunity).

If you're interested in gaining event experience rather than a paid position, we also welcome experience-based volunteers to apply. Please indicate your preference on the application form.

Location and Hours

Dates: Dates: July 21-26
Hours: Start times may vary depending on the day. Our core operating shift is 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Location: San Diego Convention Center: 111 W. Harbor Dr., San Diego, CA 92101


Responsibilities
• Greet and assist attendees with professionalism and energy.
• Support booth operations, including customer interactions, line management, and merchandise handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming booth environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth event experience.

Requirements
Must live in the downtown San Diego and surrounding area and be able to commute daily to the San Diego Convention Center via public transportation. (No transportation or parking reimbursement provided.)
• Prior hospitality, customer service, or event experience strongly preferred.
• Energetic, positive, and detail-oriented.
• Physically capable of standing and working on your feet for long periods and lift up to 50lb.
• Comfortable with and familiar with fandoms or subcultures.
• Must be able to receive pay via direct deposit.
• Ability to use and download apps for scheduling and team communication.
