Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to help grow our online presence, engage our audience, and support our expanding e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital marketing, social media management, website optimization, and creating campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with our leadership team on marketing initiatives and online store improvements.

Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

  • Create and schedule a minimum of 3 social media posts per week across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop content highlighting products, firefighter stories, industry news, promotions, and company updates.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate.
  • Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing

  • Assist with planning and executing promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate on email marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
  • Support product merchandising, collections, and category organization.
  • Help maintain product listings, images, descriptions, and website content.
  • Monitor website performance and customer experience.

Website & SEO

  • Assist with website updates and content management.
  • Implement basic SEO best practices for products, collections, and blog content.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search visibility.
  • Support efforts to improve website traffic and conversions.

Advertising

  • Assist with managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor advertising performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support retargeting and digital advertising initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, e-commerce, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating social media content and managing business accounts.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred

  • Shopify experience.
  • Google Ads experience.
  • Website design or web development experience.
  • SEO knowledge and keyword research experience.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Interest in the firefighting, public safety, or first responder industries.
