Behavior Technician
Meaningful Milestones Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC provides in-home and clinic-based ABA and Verbal Behavior services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission is to create meaningful learning opportunities that help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting families and providing strong training to our team.
We are hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under the supervision of a BCBA. Services may be provided in our Alpharetta clinic on North Point Parkway, in client homes, or in a combination of both settings based on client needs and staff preferences. Hours may vary based on caseload, client attendance, and scheduling needs.
What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, and community settings.
Follow treatment goals created by the BCBA.
Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
Collect accurate session data and complete documentation.
Communicate with families and collaborate with the supervising BCBA.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Schedule
Clinic Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday: Closed
In-home services are typically provided during after-school hours, generally between 3:30 pm and 8:00 pm on weekdays, with additional opportunities available on weekends, school breaks, and during the summer. Final schedules depend on client availability and assigned caseload.
Compensation
$20 to $30 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and demonstrated ABA-related skills.
Compensation is determined by factors such as prior ABA experience, RBT certification status, relevant work with children, education, reliability, and overall fit for the position. Starting pay is determined by experience, qualifications, certifications, and demonstrated ABA-related skills.
Pay is provided for completed and documented service hours.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree or currently enrolled in psychology, education, child development, or a related field.
Experience working with children (with or without ASD).
Reliable transportation to the Alpharetta clinic and assigned client service locations.
Availability for at least 3 weekday afternoons.
Comfortable working in clinic, home, and community environments.
Basic documentation and data entry skills.
Energetic, engaging, dependable, and professional.
Preferred Qualifications
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
Experience with DTT, NET, or early childhood education.
Bilingual English and Korean.
Client Population
Clinic services are typically provided to children ages 2–15.
In-home services are typically provided to individuals ages 2–18, with occasional services for older adolescents and young adults.
Growth Opportunities
RBT training and supervision available. The required 40-hour RBT training course must be completed prior to the first day of training.
Employees who complete RBT certification and demonstrate strong clinical performance may be eligible for increased compensation and advancement opportunities.
BCBA candidates may access supervision and practicum hours.
