Role Description
The Bilingual Intake Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Intake Manager with new clients. The Intake Clerk will qualify potential new clients, gather necessary information or documentation. Data entry into Clio for every new potential client. Daily responsibilities include taking phone calls of potential new clients from the receptionist, scheduling appointments for the Intake Manager, verify client information, and maintaining organized records and contact information for all new potential clients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coral Gables, FL.
Qualifications
• Strong bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including data entry and scheduling.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to professionally interact with clients and provide a welcoming experience.
• Proficiency in computer software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and case management systems.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of legal or real estate terminology and processes is a plus but not required.
• Prior 2 years law firm Intake experience
