We are looking for a passionate, driven, and entrepreneurial Head Trainer / Fitness Manager who wants to help build and grow a company while making a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Position Overview

The Head Trainer / Fitness Manager will lead coaching operations, deliver exceptional training experiences, develop staff, and help drive the growth of Crull Fitness. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is eager to take ownership, contribute ideas, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization.

The right candidate is comfortable working with a wide range of clients—from elite athletes and competitive performers to general fitness populations and individuals with special needs or disabilities. Most importantly, they are a strong communicator, natural leader, and relationship builder.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized training programs for diverse populations.
  • Train clients ranging from elite athletes to general fitness members and adaptive athletes.
  • Lead and mentor coaching staff to ensure a high standard of service and professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, athletes, coaches, and community partners.
  • Oversee daily fitness operations and scheduling.
  • Assist with business development, client retention, and membership growth initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies that help expand the company and its impact.
  • Maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive training environment.
  • Ensure all training programs align with best practices for safety and performance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong background in strength and conditioning, personal training, or sports performance.
  • Experience coaching athletes and general fitness populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and highly professional.
  • Passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Preferred

  • Experience working with adaptive athletes, individuals with special needs, or disabilities.
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, or related field.
  • Experience managing staff or fitness operations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help grow a business.
