ABOUT THE ROLE
Tamarack Geological Services is growing and we're looking for motivated Geotech's and Junior Geologists to join active mine programs in Nevada and across the U.S. You'll work directly alongside experienced geologists — logging drill core, collecting quality data, and supporting core shed operations from day one.
No field experience? No problem. We train you from the ground up and offer a clear path to grow into Core Logging, Exploration, and beyond as our company expands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Log drill core alongside experienced mine geologists
- Collect, record, and manage quality geological data
- Support core shed operations on active programs
- Maintain accurate field records and sample documentation
- Work collaboratively with the broader geoscience team
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- BS in Geology or closely related field
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable, self-motivated, team-oriented
Preferred:
- Prior core logging or field sampling experience
- Familiarity with mine site protocols
- Physical fitness for field conditions
- Valid driver's license
