About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Application and Website Developer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance business applications, websites, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable, user-friendly technology solutions.

This role will be responsible for building responsive websites, developing web applications, integrating third-party tools, improving performance, supporting ongoing updates, and ensuring a secure and professional digital experience for customers and internal users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites, landing pages, portals, and web applications.
  • Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO-ready website pages.
  • Develop and maintain front-end and back-end application functionality.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate APIs, payment systems, CRM tools, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and third-party applications as needed.
  • Troubleshoot website, application, hosting, database, and performance issues.
  • Maintain website security, backups, updates, and uptime.
  • Improve website speed, usability, accessibility, and conversion performance.
  • Support content updates, forms, lead-generation pages, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain technical documentation for applications, websites, integrations, and processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and leadership teams on digital initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in website development, web application development, or software development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
  • Experience with at least one modern framework such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar.
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, .NET, Java, or similar.
  • Experience working with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, or other CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of website hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, domains, and basic cloud services.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and website performance tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing business websites for professional services, consulting, IT services, real estate, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, or Dynamics is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM integrations such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or other source control platforms.
  • Experience with cybersecurity best practices for websites and applications.
  • Ability to support digital marketing initiatives, including landing pages, lead forms, and campaign tracking.
