Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 (Base + Commission)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves front-desk sales support, customer service, and office administration in a fast-paced retail/showroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office tasks, including emails and phone calls
- Provide front-desk sales support, including responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing sales orders and payments
- Track and follow up on accounts receivable
Qualifications:
- Sales experience and ability to support front-desk sales tasks
- Strong attention to detail, with a patient and courteous approach to customers
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to file taxes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (training provided) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Experience in a related industry is a plus

- Base salary (negotiable) + commission, based on experience and performance
