We are hiring Retail Associates to represent AT&T services inside major retail locations throughout the Austin area. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be working at branded in-store kiosks, helping shoppers learn about and enroll in telecom services.

No previous experience is required — we provide full paid training.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage with customers inside partnered retail stores
• Represent AT&T products and services at in-store kiosks
• Answer questions and help customers find the best options
• Assist with account setup and service enrollment
• Maintain a professional and approachable presence
