We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Rehabilitation facilities throughout the area.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. 
  • Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and independence. 
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. 
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning. 
  • Document care provided according to facility requirements. 
  • Follow facility policies and infection control procedures. 

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA Certification in Iowa. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Rehab, or Skilled Nursing experience preferred but not required. 
  • Reliable transportation.
