Executive Recruiting Consultant
CI Health Group is expanding CI Search Group, our dedicated accounting and finance recruitment division, and we're looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our growing team.
CI Search Group partners with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, helping them build strong accounting and finance teams by placing top talent in roles spanning senior-level positions through the C-suite, across a wide range of industries.
As an Executive Recruiting Consultant, you'll take ownership of specialized, high-impact searches from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their needs and culture while guiding candidates through every step of the process. Duties and Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent within the Accounting and Finance sector. Conduct candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Business Development: Work with the team to understand client requirements and develop a deep understanding of their organizational culture. Engage with clients to provide updates on candidate progress and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client discussions to candidate placement. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and facilitate the hiring process in collaboration with clients.
- Market Research: Stay tuned of industry trends, regulatory changes, and talent pools. Provide valuable market insights to contribute to the success of executive searches.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an executive search firm. 1+ years of executive recruitment experience is ideal.
- Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance roles, industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- BS in Computer Scienceor equivalent experience.
