Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm 
Pay: $24/hr + overtime 
Type: Contract to Hire
 

SNI Companies is working with a global retailer in Doral, FL that is expanding their logistics team. We're seeking an early career professional or recent graduate looking to expand their career in supply chain operations.

This is a special opportunity to get your foot in the door with a household name that will train you in enterprise-level supply chain coordination- skills that will translate across any industry.

What you will do:
 

  • Plan and execute weekly order allocations and actively monitor daily order status to ensure on-time fulfillment.
  • Maintain real-time visibility on order progress by keeping reports and internal systems up to date.
  • Serve as a key communication link between customers, sales teams, and supply chain leadership — sharing delivery timelines and proactively flagging any delays.
  • Keep precise records of open quantities, pricing, SKUs, and order conditions across all active orders through to completion.
  • Audit and reconcile daily Robotic Process Automation  outputs to confirm data integrity.
  • Associate unique serial identifiers to corresponding orders and furnish customer information as needed.

Basic Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree (any degree)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUPS, Macros) and open to learning ERP platforms.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal 
     
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish is an asset, but not required
     
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
  • A sharp eye for detail - you catch discrepancies before they become problems
