Behavior Services & Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide behavioral support services to individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges while working directly with families, schools, and community partners.

Job Responsibilities
As a Behavior Consultant, you will:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support in home and community settings
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions using data-driven practices
- Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare professionals, and support teams
- Participate in IEP meetings when appropriate
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Support individuals in achieving meaningful goals and increased independence
Qualifications
Required: Master's Degree in one of the following:
- Psychology
- Counseling
- Social Work
- Special Education
- BCBA
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Additional Requirements:
- Must reside within one county of the service area
- Strong communication
- organization
- time management skills
- Ability to work until 6:30 PM at least two days per week
- Reliable transportation for community-based services
