Who Should NOT Apply to this Job
Boulder Longevity Institute (BLI) is a unique entity. We are seeking a specific type of person to join our team and become part of our BLI Family. To save everyone time, you should NOT apply for this job if:
- You aren't passionate about creating seamless experiences that make complex healthcare journeys feel simple and intuitive
- You don’t like people, talking to them, helping them, guiding them
- You believe automation and personalization can't coexist harmoniously
- You prefer rigid systems over fluid, adaptable processes that evolve with client needs
- You prefer working in silos rather than collaborating across teams
- You get nervous at the prospect of taking ownership and being a self-solver
- You don't light up at the idea of transforming a client’s first impression into the beginning of a long-term health partnership
- You can't laugh at yourself when things go sideways (because sometimes they will)
- You aren't into learning the coolest and newest science about longevity and staying healthy and optimized
- You are just looking for a job, not a career or a long-term future with the company
We’re building something meaningful here, and that requires the right people in the right roles.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a warm, proactive, and hospitality-minded Client Relations Coordinator to help create an exceptional first impression at Boulder Longevity Institute. This role is much more than processing inquiries, it's about guiding prospective clients through their journey with confidence, clarity, and care.
Think of our services as a map and yourself as the guide. You'll help individuals navigate their options, connect them with the right services, and ensure they feel supported from their first interaction through their initial appointment and beyond.
As the voice behind our lead nurturing and intake communications, you'll play a key role in transforming curiosity into connection and interest into engagement. If you enjoy building relationships, creating seamless experiences, and helping people feel genuinely cared for, this role was designed for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Connect with prospective clients through an educational, consultative approach that informs, builds trust, and helps individuals confidently determine the best path forward while continuously gathering insights to improve the client experience.
- Client Engagement Systems: Develop and optimize client engagement processes and technology that balance automation with meaningful human connection, ensuring timely, personalized support throughout the client journey.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure messaging consistency and seamless handoffs between departments as leads progress toward becoming clients and utilizing new services.
- Client Communications & Content: Collaborate on creating email, text, and other client-facing communications that educate, build trust, answer questions, and guide prospective clients through their decision-making journey.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for creating exceptional client experiences, and enthusiasm for educating people about BLI's innovative approach.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, sales or other client-facing roles focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust through messaging that is both professional and genuinely personal.
- Ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Lead initiatives from idea to execution, bringing concepts to life through thoughtful planning, coordination, and follow-through.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring innovative approaches that challenge conventional thinking in healthcare.
- Ability to work at the Boulder-based office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, longevity, hospitality, or other relationship-driven industries.
- Enjoys building relationships and spending time engaging directly with clients and prospective clients.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, client engagement tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Experience with email, text message, and other digital communication campaigns.
- Understanding of client privacy, confidentiality, and healthcare compliance considerations.
- An appreciation for client journey design and creating thoughtful, seamless experiences.
- Experience developing, implementing, or optimizing workflows and automation processes.
- Comfortable using data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay + PTO, sick leave, and 12+ paid holidays (including a week around Christmas and New Year's)
- In-house health benefits: curbside provider consultations, yearly full lab panel, supplements, peptides, and discounted BLI services
- While BLI does not provide a traditional health insurance plan, we have found that the combination of our curbside care benefit, plus a high-deductible health insurance plan (which can be obtained optionally through a broker we work very closely with) combine to provide a very effective solution. Resources are available to help employees establish pre-tax contributions to an HSA and access Traditional Health Insurance.
- Access to the Human Optimization Academy, quarterly InBody scans, infusion therapy, and more
- Performance-based contribution bonuses eligible after one year
- A collaborative, mission-driven team at the cutting edge of longevity medicine
- OHP Health Supplements offered at cost
- Professional growth and development opportunities in a rapidly expanding field.
