Entry Level Account Manager

True 6 Alliance, Inc. is hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to support our growing partnership with Kinetic Fiber in the Charlotte, NC market. This role focuses on customer engagement, account management, and sales, helping customers access reliable fiber internet and communication solutions.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will work directly with customers, guiding them through product education, account setup, and service activation. This is a hands-on role with training provided in customer engagement strategies, sales techniques, and account management.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:

  • Engage with customers directly to build relationships and deliver a positive customer engagement experience
  • Educate customers on Kinetic Fiber internet and communication services, including current promotions and service options
  • Manage the full account process, including enrollment, activation, and account updates
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Kinetic Fiber solutions based on usage and preferences
  • Provide clear and accurate information to support informed customer decisions
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions to support customer satisfaction and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training focused on sales development, product knowledge, and customer engagement

Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in customer engagement, sales, or account management
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing, in-person environment
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products, services, and promotions
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
