Schedule: Full-time, in office
Location: 551 5th Ave, 24th Floor, Suite 2405, New York, NY 10176
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience

What You'll Bring:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you write and speak with the same care our attorneys bring to their work
- Comfort working on a PC with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom
- Experience in a legal, professional services, or high-end client-facing environment preferred but not required
What You'll Do:
- Serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring every interaction reflects our firm's elevated standards
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule client meetings and consultations, and prepare materials for upcoming meetings
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, warmly, and professionally
- Coordinate document drafts, revisions, and signings with attorneys and support staff
- Track deadlines and project workflows across multiple matters
- Maintain client records and contact information, and send thoughtful follow-up communications throughout the estate planning process
- Monitor and triage attorney email correspondence
- Oversee general office management, including vendor relationships and office supplies
- Support ad hoc administrative work, including composing and editing correspondence
