About Cantina

Cantina, founded by Sean Parker, is a social playground where creators bring AI characters to life and share them through live, interactive experiences. Bots are a new media format โ€” lifelike, social characters that can be created, shared, and experienced across voice, video, and text. The Role

Community Ambassadors are the heartbeat of Cantina's Community. You'll host, support, and guide creators and users in real time โ€” keeping energy high, helping people get started, and making sure every live moment feels worth coming back to. This is a camera-on, mic-on role for someone who's comfortable being present and on. In this role, you'll build real experience in AI, live platforms, and creator ecosystems โ€” the kind of hands-on exposure that's hard to find anywhere else right now.

What You'll Do

Host live rooms

  • Run Cantina-owned rooms with presence and purpose
  • Guide the flow, tone, and energy of each session
  • Show up camera-ready and treat every shift as a reflection of the brand

Support creators and users

  • Help creators onboard, build bots, and navigate Cantina's tools
  • Answer questions clearly and confidently in the moment
  • Support creators in key program milestones

Stay sharp on the product

  • Keep up with new features, launches, and platform changes
  • Explore and test the product regularly so you can speak to it fluently
  • Surface feedback, bugs, and recurring questions to the internal team

Moderate and set the standard

  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment in every room
  • Uphold Cantina's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
  • De-escalate issues calmly and escalate through the right channels when needed

Contribute to growth

  • Participate in events, programming, and community initiatives
  • Collaborate with Community and Marketing on engagement efforts
  • Stay tuned in to creator culture, internet trends, and platform behavior

Weekly Expectations

  • Show up reliably for your scheduled shifts and communicate availability proactively
  • Complete weekly deliverables โ€” hosting, creator support, or feedback collection
  • Track time and availability using Cantina's tools

About You

  • Comfortable and confident on camera and mic in live settings
  • You've spent time on live or social platforms โ€” Twitch, TikTok Live, Discord, or similar, even just as an active user
  • Strong communicator with a warm, approachable presence
  • Genuinely curious about AI, social platforms, and creator tools
  • Self-directed and organized - you manage your time well and respect boundaries

Nice to have

  • Experience moderating communities or live chat environments
  • Background with AI or creative tools
  • Content creation or audience-building experience
  • Familiarity supporting creators on fast-moving platforms
