Type: Contract (6 months)
Location: Onsite – Palo Alto, CA
Duration: 6 months (eligible for extension and/or conversion)
Compensation: $50/hr

We are building AI-powered productivity and collaboration products that help individuals and teams capture, organize, and act on information more effectively. The engineering team is focused on delivering high-quality web and mobile experiences for both consumer and business users.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of new features and releases across web and mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports
- Develop a strong understanding of core product workflows, including user onboarding, subscriptions, billing, account management, and collaboration features
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and regression test suites
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define acceptance criteria and identify edge cases
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before release
- Help ensure product quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on manual testing
- Experience testing both web and mobile applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, document, and communicate issues effectively
- Experience creating test cases, test plans, and regression testing documentation
- Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar issue-tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing SaaS, productivity, collaboration, or subscription-based products
- Familiarity with billing, pricing, subscription management, or user permission workflows
- Experience working within startup or high-growth technology environments
