Entry-Level AT&T Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level AT&T Account Managers. In this role, you will serve as the face of AT&T, engaging directly with customers, building meaningful relationships, and helping individuals and businesses find the telecommunications solutions that best fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent AT&T products and services through professional face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend customized wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through customer outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on AT&T offerings and promotions.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize CRM platforms, including Salesforce, to track customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up communications.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales performance goals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize customer value.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive overall business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and professional development training programs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus but not required.
