About OLA Vacations OLA Vacations is a fast-growing online travel agency specializing in cruise vacations, backed by Signature Travel Network. We're building our marketing program from the ground up, which means a real seat at the table for an intern who wants ownership and visible impact—not coffee runs.
What You'll Do
- Create scroll-stopping short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that brings cruise destinations and deals to life
- Help run our social calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn—scheduling, posting, and engaging with our community
- Support email campaigns, including light copywriting and formatting
- Design day-to-day graphics and assets in Canva or Adobe tools
- Track engagement metrics and flag what's working so we can do more of it
- Bring us trends and ideas worth jumping on—we want your instincts, not just your hands
What We're Looking For
- A personal social following of 10,000+ on at least one platform (please share your handles when you apply)
- A sharp eye for content that performs. You understand hooks, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling
- Hands-on design experience in Canva, Adobe Express, or Creative Cloud
- Some exposure to email marketing and/or basic HTML is a strong plus
- Clear, natural writing in a non-corporate voice
- A genuine interest in travel, cruising, or e-commerce
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related program
