Purchasing Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain purchase orders within Nucraft’s ERP system. 
  • Assist Buyers personnel with daily procurement activities. 
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding order acknowledgments, delivery dates, and shipment status. 
  • Update and maintain purchasing records, supplier information, and inventory data.  
  • Assist in monitoring supplier performance related to quality, delivery, and responsiveness. 
  • Support inventory management efforts by reviewing stock levels and identifying potential shortages. 
  • Assist with cost savings and cost avoidance initiatives. 
  • Prepare reports and analyze purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance metrics.
