Where You’ll Make a Difference

Prepare process-based flavor batches using shop floor papers in accordance with production schedules

Operate spray dryers and related equipment while monitoring and analyzing process data

Utilize analytical lab equipment including particle size analyzers, pH meters, and Ro-Tap systems

Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and verification of materials against customer orders in ZFIS

Perform timely backflushing of materials to maintain inventory accuracy

Operate sit-down, reach, electric, and/or gas-powered forklifts as required

Maintain strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety standards

Support cross-training initiatives and contribute to team flexibility

Work independently on off-shifts while responding effectively to unexpected situations

 

What Makes You the Right Fit

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience working in a process manufacturing environment

Forklift or industrial truck certification

Basic math proficiency with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation requirements

Familiarity with inventory control processes and documentation

Ability to push/pull up to 400 lb drums and lift 50 lb bags safely

Comfortable working 2nd, 3rd, or swing shifts with flexibility for overtime

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality

 

How Would You Stand Out?

Experience using SAP in a manufacturing or inventory environment

Background handling food-grade or regulated products

Mechanical aptitude and basic hand tool knowledge
