Veterinary Technician

We are looking to hire Credentialed or Experienced Veterinary Technicians to join our busy privately owned, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Harleysville, PA. You'll work alongside 14 veterinarians in a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities to improve your technical skills.

Available Shifts

  • First Shift: 7am–2pm + 2 weekend shifts/month (self-scheduled)
  • Second Shift: 2pm–9pm +2 weekend shifts/month (self-scheduled)

Duties May Include:

  • Phlebotomy and IV catheter placement
  • Radiology (X-ray)
  • Laboratory procedures
  • Patient care (routine, critical, and exotics)
  • Patient triage
  • Client communication and education
  • Medical recordkeeping (EMR)
  • Potential anesthesia induction & monitoring
  • Potential dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs

Qualifications

  • Veterinary Technician experience required
  • CVT, LVT, or RVT preferred
  • Strong skills in anesthesia, surgery, and patient care
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and Windows-based systems
