Digital Imaging & AI Product Content Manager

 

We’re looking for a highly capable, fashion-forward creative to take responsibility for our digital product imagery and product presentation across both wholesale and DTC.

In this role, you will be responsible for making sure every style is visually strong, accurately presented, and ready to sell online. You will work across thousands of SKUs and support product launches for Shopify as well as major retail partners.

This is a very important role for us. When product copy, imagery, measurements, country of origin, materials, or descriptions are missing or delayed, it directly affects launches, retailer relationships, and sales opportunities. We need someone who can stay on top of the details, move quickly, and make sure every product is presented beautifully and correctly.

You will work closely with creative direction, design, sales, and our retail partners to make sure product assets are complete, elevated, and aligned with the brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing AI product photography, model imagery, and digital product visuals using the newest AI tools and technologies
  • Editing and enhancing images at a high level, including placing jewelry naturally and beautifully onto models
  • Helping make every image feel aspirational, elevated, fashion-forward, and commercially strong
  • Organizing and maintaining product assets for Shopify and wholesale partners
  • Ensuring every style has the correct copy, measurements, materials, country of origin, descriptions, and imagery
  • Uploading and managing retailer-required product information for newness, launches, and seasonal collections
  • Working with major retailer digital teams on product uploads, asset requests, special projects, and collaborations
  • Supporting a fast-moving product environment with many SKUs, tight timelines, and high attention to detail

The ideal person has strong experience in graphic design, AI image generation, digital content creation, and image editing. You should have great taste, strong visual instincts, and a real understanding of fashion, jewelry, e-commerce, and what makes a product look desirable online.

Photography experience is a plus, especially product, fashion, or lifestyle photography.

You should be organized, detail-oriented, quick, creative, and excited to work in a fast-paced jewelry and fashion environment.

This can be an in-office, hybrid office, or work-from-home role. Please note that this is a non-benefited position and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
