Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized student to join our team as an Agency Support & Sales Assistant. In this role, you will work directly alongside an industry expert to support the daily sales and operational activities of the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in business, finance, or marketing to gain hands-on experience in lead management, digital marketing, and professional client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Lead Management: Assist in organizing client databases, tracking leads, and preparing files for client consultations.
Bilingual Client Communication: Draft professional correspondence, follow-up emails, and assist with client inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Digital Marketing & Outreach: Help design and distribute promotional materials for upcoming workshops and events using tools like Canva.
Workflow Organization: Set up and manage digital registration processes (such as Google Forms) and help streamline administrative tasks to maximize the agency's selling time.
Qualifications
Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively serve our primary client base.
Professionalism: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern office software, digital marketing tools (Canva), and digital organization platforms.
Drive: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn about the insurance and financial services industry.
